How can I pay for purchasing the products?

1️⃣Deposit Mode (First-time purchases only): You can make an initial payment of $100 as a deposit. After we have produced the product, we will send you detailed photos and videos for your confirmation. If you are satisfied, you can then pay the remaining balance.

2️⃣Installment Payment Mode: Upon confirming your order, you will make an initial payment of 60%. Once we have packaged the product and confirmed shipment, you will pay the remaining balance upon delivery, with the option for inspection before acceptance.

3️⃣Full Payment Mode: Upon confirming your order, you can opt for full payment. We will provide a $100 discount coupon for future use (*cannot be used for the current purchase).

What is the warranty/return policy like?

We provide customer-centric service experience, ensuring comprehensive protection of our customers’ rights.

The warranty/return policy is divided into three scenarios:

1️⃣Within 7 days: If any non-human-related issues arise within 7 days of receiving the product, and after confirmation by our customer service that it is a product quality problem, we offer free replacement or a full refund.

2️⃣Within 3 months: Within 3 months from the date of product receipt, we offer free replacement if any non-human-related damage occurs. After confirmation by our customer service that it is a product quality problem, we provide free replacement service.

3️⃣Within 5 years: For each watch, we provide a 5-year free warranty service. If the watch experiences any non-human-related damage, customers can contact customer service to return the watch for repair. Once repaired, we will resend it.

*Customers need to contact customer service for the return address.

*Water damage is not covered by the warranty.

*The return shipping fee will be borne by Miracle watch

*Round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer.

How long does it take to receive the product after placing an order?

Due to relevant policy factors, top-tier watches cannot be stocked in advance. Each watch is produced and manufactured after the customer places an order. This approach not only maximizes the craftsmanship of watchmaking but also reduces risks. Each watch undergoes three rigorous processes:

1️⃣1:1 original mold opening.

2️⃣Laser engraving and polishing.

3️⃣Manual secondary processing.

It takes 2 to 3 days to produce the watch. Shipping from Hong Kong by air takes 10 days. Therefore, the total duration is approximately 12 to 14 days.

How can I make payments?

We primarily accept payments through PayPal and also support bank transfers (except Visa). All transactions are secure and reliable.

What accessories are included in the purchase of the product?
